As my first realtor, Tori was simply amazing. She made the process super easy and stress-free. She was super responsive, patient and made sure to find a space that YOU like – I was never pushed or rushed into any decisions – which was great to experience as an indecisive person. She also went above and beyond numerous times. Like, one time right before a viewing, I lost my brand new phone and she carved out some time out of her busy day to help me find it (which we did, all thanks to her great detective skills, so yay). Another time, she stayed out in the cold (around -12) for 20 minutes to open up a frozen lock for our viewing and somehow succeeded through sheer force of will. She's super polite, down to earth and treats you like a neighbour more than a job number, I really appreciate her hard work and would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. First time renter. I was very nervous going to look at units for the first time. Tori made the experience feel like I was going out with a friend. She was very professional but at the same time made me comfortable enough to let her know when I did not like something. I was afraid that being a first time renter I would get an agent who made me feel as though I wasn’t being heard or that what I wanted was maybe too much.
